Monday afternoon we took a walk to the trail head “Monument to the Virgin Mary” 0.8 mile total length trail, out and back, but it had a 495 ft elevation gain and most of it was stairs. The kids were tough! I could tell they were tired, but they kept smiling. I kept saying, “Si, Puedes” Yes, you can! Coming down the trail was more treacherous than going up. I don’t know if Alicia ever gets tired-she amazes me.
